Task 2:

For this activity assume the role of a high school teacher.  Ask a classmate to turn one of their previously graded writing assignments in to you.  Scrutinize the paper's punctuation, correcting each comma, semicolon, colon, dash, and period error you find.

Evaluation:

Students' assignments will be evaluated by counting the number of corrected items, divided by the total number of incorrect items available in the writing samples from the webquest and from their classrooms.

Students may also receive extra credit for identifying other grammar errors in the writing samples and by completing the extra credit activity available.
